Ok. Achilles Heel! Yet, that’s something vulnerable, you’re exposed, you’re open, maybe in pain, that requires healing, getting better. What is your weakness? What is your Fatal Flaw?  Something to do with your job, your business, your home, your finances, your car, your family, your spirit, your body, your friends? Why? What makes it so…and what can you do about it?  How can you get better? How can you be better?  What will it take?  Is that something you really want to do? To take care of? To make better? The first step is acknowledgement, acceptance.  Then, it’s what do you want to do about it? Do you let it go? Fix it? Change it?  Ultimately, what is your goal (outside of Financial Freedom) and how can you make it happen?  Understand. Heal. Take action!

Is our market boring?  Are there any “deals” out there?  What is really going on?  Ah, conjecture abound.  Pent up demand continues to push prices up for both residential housing (and business) and rentals. Add the population influx, coupled with a dash of job growth, and viola! You have our crazy housing market. Development is not keeping up with the growth and every indication is that it will take a few more years to level out. Much of our country is still in the housing doldrums while we’re in the stratosphere blowing away, no ill winds for us! Hang in there. Keep your eyes open.
