Rent vs. buy
With housing prices rising, more people in the Denver area are opting to rent rather than buy. You could argue either side of the argument and make very valid points one way or the other. The bottom line is, it depends on the person and the situation. For investors, this means the rental market is strong. So rentals are a great long-term option. There are also plenty of people who want to buy, so fix and flip is still a great short-term strategy… so whatever you decide to do, do it right and you’ll make money.
